Crimean Scepter

Crimean Scepter (Japanese: クリミア女王の王笏 Queen of Crimea's Scepter) is a weapon skill in the staff category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the ascended variation of Elincia. When its user is near allies, Crimean Scepter boosts the user's attack and speed based on the bonuses of their team and grants the user and their nearby allies a follow-up attack in combat.
