Arcane Charmer
Arcane Charmer (Japanese: 魔器・愛らしい雪杖 Magic vessel · adorable snow staff) is a weapon skill in the staff category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. Arcane Charmer heals nearby allies after combat; additionally, when its user's HP is not low, it boosts the user's stats, guarantees them a follow-up attack, boosts their special cooldown charge, and boosts their damage.
