The War Master is an advanced class which debuted in Fire Emblem: Three Houses. It acts as the successor to both the Warrior and Grappler.
The War Master is immensely strong, boasting the highest raw strength of any class in the game. Combined with the naturally high might of axes or the natural double-attacking capability of brawling weapons, this grants the class immense offensive power. It additionally has decent speed, giving it greater ease in securing follow-up attacks as well, enhancing its offense further. Its abilities also grant it exceptionally high critical rates, among other offensive benefits. War Masters are very vulnerable to mages, owing to their very low resistance and slightly more limited ranged options.
