Ambrosia (Japanese: アンブロシア Ambrosia) is a provision item that debuted in Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. Ambrosia is a unique provision with advanced fatigue recovery effect, restoring 40 fatigue points to whomever consumes it, and also serves as Echoes: Shadows of Valentia's analog to the Dracoshield and Shield Ring in that it also permanently increases the Defense of whomever consumes it by 2 points.
