Nomadic troopers (遊牧騎兵) are a bow- and sword-wielding class present in Fire Emblem. This class is exclusive to Template:FEFT and Template:FERK, as they come from Sacae, land located in Elibe. Rangers in Magvel and horsemen in Archanea -the latter only in the remakes- are similar classes.
Since they can wield swords and bows, they can attack adjacent and distant enemies, which makes them versatile units. Like with all other mounted units, they have bigger mobility, but they do not take more damage from anticavalry weapons, such as the horseslayer.
This class is the only possible promotion for nomads.
