Hoarfrost (Japanese: 霜雪 Frost and snow) is a Staggering Blow which was introduced in Fire Emblem: Three Houses. Associated with the the Immaculate One as it appears in the Silver Snow campaign, it is long-ranged, powerful attack that ignores all target's defenses, and can also restore HP to units of the same affiliation as the user.
