Wilted Flower (Japanese: 骸花 Corpse flower) is a Staggering Blow which was introduced in Fire Emblem: Three Houses. Associated with the the Hegemon Husk, it is long-ranged, powerful attack that ignores all targets' defenses, and also rattles them.
