Umbral Surge

Umbral Surge (Japanese: 赤き衝動 Red impulse) is a Staggering Blow which was introduced in the Fire Emblem: Three Houses expansion Cindered Shadows. Associated with the Umbral Beast, it is a colossally large attack that affects the entire map. When it hits, it deals up to a quarter of each target's HP as damage, and also teleports the user and all targets to random spaces on the map. Afterwards, however, the user is weakened for one turn, and is left unable to counterattack.

Deals up to 25% of each target's maximum HP as damage. Moves the unit and each target to a random space on the map. Inflicts  Stirrings of Reason status on user, disabling its ability to counterattack and reducing its critical avoid by -25 for one turn.
