Rally Spectrum (Japanese: 七色の叫び Rainbow Cry) is a rally skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Awakening. A class skill associated with the Grandmaster, it allows its user to spend their turn to provide temporary increases to all seven stats of all allies within a radius of the skill's user.

Rally Spectrum is present as a skill on one card in Fire Emblem Cipher: B04-065SR High Deliverer, Robin (Male). It is a manual-activation skill which, for the cost of flipping two bond cards face-down and discarding a spare Robin (Male) card from the player's hand, gives all of Robin's allies a +10 attack increase until the end of the turn. Additionally, if the player has fewer remaining orbs than their opponent, the player may choose one card from their hand and play it as a new orb.
Trivia
- In Awakening, Rally Spectrum is the only rally skill to be the second skill learned by a class. All other rally skills are the first skill learned by their respective classes.
- In Fates, Rally Spectrum is the only returning rally skill to have its range increased; all other rally skills have had their ranges decreased to a 2-tile radius. However, it is also the only rally skill whose effect has been weakened.
