(Japanese: 素質 Elite), is a skill appearing in TearRing Saga: Yutona Heroes War Chronicles and TearRing Saga Series: Berwick Saga. In the former, this skill means the unit will receive 2 times the amount of experience point it would have gained when attacking, killing an enemy or defending against it. It will also double the amount of EXP when using a staff. In Berwick Saga, the multiplier is changed to 1.2 times, and only applies up to level 10, a common promotion target.
