The Panic Charm (Japanese: 奥義の刃 Mysterious Blade) is an item appearing exclusively in Fire Emblem Heroes. An item usable only in the Arena Assault mode, it turns all bonuses on all enemies into penalties through the end of each enemy's following actions.
