Fortify Fliers is a passive type C skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; unlike most passive skills in Heroes, Fortify Fliers comes in only one tier. Units with Fortify Fliers grant sizable boosts in defense and resistance to adjacent flying units at the start, similar to two each of Fortify Def 2 and Fortify Res 2 applied only to flying units.
