The Sweet Tincture is a healing item exclusive Fire Emblem Awakening. It acts as a "gag" item distributed by random chance alongside more powerful items, restoring only 5 HP to the user; it is tied with the Used Potion as the weakest health-restoration item in the Fire Emblem series.
