The Ale is a provision item that debuted in Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. The Ale is a provision with basic effects, restoring 10 HP to whomever consumes it. It may alternatively be offered up at a Mila Shrine to restore the fatigue of the party offering it by 10 points. As an alcoholic provision, it can only be used by characters twenty years of age or older.
