Threaten Defense/Resistance (Japanese: 守備魔防の威嚇 Defense/Magic defense intimidation) is a two-tiered passive type C skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are Threaten Def/Res 1 and Threaten Def/Res 2 in order from lowest to highest. Units with a Threaten Def/Res skill will inflict on enemies within two spaces of the user a penalty to their Defense and Resistance until the end of their next action; the size of the Defense and Resistance penalties increases with the skill's tier.
