Attack/Speed Ruse is a three-tiered passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are known as Atk/Spd Ruse 1, Atk/Spd Ruse 2, and Atk/Spd Ruse 3 in order from lowest to highest. Units with an Atk/Spd Ruse skill, when the user is either the user or recipient of a rally assist skill, drastically drops both the Attack and Speed of enemies in cardinal directions of both allies involved through their following actions, but also accelerates said enemies' special cooldown during that time; the size of the Attack and Speed drops are affected by the skill's tier.
