All caps names NoJ romanizations

New page creation for locations
Hi! I understand there isn't an easy template for location pages, but at the bare minimum you should be including the relevant navbox ("{{Nav16}}", in this case), categories, and etymology and other languages (even if you only know the English name), the Sreng page you made has none of these. PAL differences in FE11
I don't think it's necessary to have the PAL variant in a hover note because there are literally hundreds of differences between the two English FE11s instead of only a handful.
