Surge Sparrow is a passive type A skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; unlike most passive skills in Heroes, Surge Sparrow comes in only one tier. Surge Sparrow is what appears to be a greatly-enhanced fourth-tier equivalent of Swift Sparrow, in that users with it boost their Attack and Speed during combat they initiate while also healing its user whenever triggering a damage-dealing special skill based on the special skill's maximum cooldown count.
