Boots Seal is a single-tiered passive seal which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. It is a skill used only in the Resonant Battle mode where it is wielded by generic thief units, and activates its effects only when its user is defeated. When its user is defeated, in that it heals 10 HP to the opponent that defeated the user but also slightly slows down its special skill cooldown count in exchange, and also, like its name implies, drops an Infantry Boots upon its user's defeat.
