Jodel is a prepromoted bishop who joins Roy's team very late into the game. He brings with him a divine weapon from either Sacae or Ilia, depending on which route Roy did not visit, for his allies to use. He is already at level 20, meaning his stats cannot grow any further outside of stat boosters, which are readily available in the Secret Shop in his join chapter, albeit expensive. He has a capped 30 points in resistance, allowing him to tank magic attacks. His magic is high, allowing him to contribute magic chip damage and remain a potent healer with staves. On the downside, his defense is extremely low for his join time, making it very easy for him to get killed if left exposed during enemy phase, made worse with the fact that his join chapter is riddled with a high number of powerful Wyvern Riders/Wyvern Lords. His other stats are average at best. Without stat boosters, Jodel will remain physically frail as he won't be able to level up to increase his defense or speed. | |||
