:No, it refers to Jerme's varation of the chapter.  Likewise, the "k" on [[Kenneth]] likewise denotes Kenneth's variation of the chapter.  These were so chosen so as to avoid arbitrary "a" and "b" designations that might cause some people to think one or the other is clearly canonical over the other.

What does the "j" mean?

For Jerme`s stats, there`s a "j" included in a few part, for example "Chapter 25jE/27jH, Normal/Eliwood Hard". Does the "j" refer to the Japanese version?

No, it refers to Jerme's varation of the chapter. Likewise, the "k" on Kenneth likewise denotes Kenneth's variation of the chapter. These were so chosen so as to avoid arbitrary "a" and "b" designations that might cause some people to think one or the other is clearly canonical over the other.
The "j" and "k" are lowercased here so as to make clearer the chapter variation denotation from the game route denotation (the latter of which is the more familiar capitalized "E" and "H".) --Shiningpikablu252 (talk) 03:45, 7 July 2017 (UTC)
