Frost joins very late into the game with poor base stats, which can easily get him killed if he ever enters combat, especially on higher difficulties. He can sometimes avoid getting doubled, but it should not be relied upon. Frost's primary claim to fame is his base staff rank at C, which allows him to use [[Physic]] and [[Warp]], two very good utility staves. He even joins with a Physic, which is quite convenient. Frost's tome rank at D is largely inconsequential, since his combat is extremely subpar.
