Lucia is the last swordmaster to join, and is forced starting turn 3 of chapter 24. She is swordlocked so she wields the weakest weapon type and does not have reliable 1-2 range, so she cannot contribute much in enemy phase. She also lacks a mount and high mobility. She has high base skill and speed, able to double reliably and crit a lot (note that swordmasters have no crit bonus in the Japanese version). Her base strength is low for her join time, so she will struggle to deal meaningful damage without relying on forges and crits. She also has very poor durability, though her high speed gives her high avoid. She joins with an A rank in swords, so she can use Silver Forges.
Lucia has excellent growths all around, with very high growths in skill, speed, and luck, and decent growths in strength, defense, and resistance. Lucia is a swordmaster and the main character of chapter 2-2, then is no longer available until part 4, forced into Tibarn's team. She is one of your most powerful units in 2-2, fast enough to double all enemy units with high crit rates, having a powerful 1-range option with the Silver Sword, and having acceptable accuracy with the 1-2 range Wind Edge. She is one of the least bulky units, but her very high speed gives her reliable avoid, especially in hard mode where she does not face weapon triangle disadvantage.
