'''Raigh''' ({{hover|レイ|Rei}} ''Lleu'') is the son of [[Nino]] of the [[Black Fang]], and the twin brother of [[Lugh]]. After his parents disappeared in his infancy as a result of pursuing bounty hunters, he and Lugh were entrusted an orphanage in [[Araphen]], where they were raised. At the onset of the [[Disturbance of Bern]], Raigh left the orphanage in order to master his skill in dark magic.

Having left the Araphen orphanage some time ago, Raigh had travelled to the [[Western Isles]], where he was masquerading as an Etrurian soldier at [[Jutes]] in order to observe [[Ein]], a "[[Manakete|human yet not human]]" of whom he had heard rumors. During an assault on Jutes led by [[Roy]], Raigh was reunited with Lugh and [[Chad]], who convinced him to ally with Roy.

Unlike his blithe and innocent twin brother, Lugh, Raigh seems to be very mordant, gloomy, and rude to others. He shows plenty of disrespect to people he meets, including elders, as seen in his support conversation with Niime, an elderly druid.<ref>{{Cite|'''Niime:''' Well? As an experienced shaman, Raigh takes the dark arts very seriously, and plans on bringing it back to people's recognition across Elibe. When the war began, he had left the orphanage where he, Chad, and Lugh had lived in without a word, having been fed up with the deteriorating conditions of the orphanage, although it turns out he did leave a note briefly explaining how he left to train himself in the dark arts.<ref>{{Cite|'''Lugh:''' I was worried if you were still here or not. Although Raigh is clearly snide and disrespectful, some people, including Chad, Sophia, and his brother Lugh, believe that despite his gloomy demeanor, he really is very kind and lighthearted on the inside. After him and Chad meet up with Roy, as their support conversations suggest, Raigh comments on how Chad, despite Roy praising their work and for everything they've done so far, kept on deeming himself and his skills as a thief as merely unimportant. Raigh traveled around the world, honing his dark magic skills. Although dark magic had been all but forgotten, Raigh's efforts brought it back to people's awareness again. He was known for being hard on both himself and others, but for some reason he was generous towards deprived children.
