Sairi (サイリ) is a character in the upcoming FE13. Her starting class is a swordmaster.

Say'ri (pronounced ˈseɪɹi, Japanese: サイリ Sayri) is a character in FE13. Along with her brother, Yen'fay, she is the princess of Chon'sin, a small nation on the western continent of Valm. She is forced to flee from her country after it is taken over by Walhart.

FE13
Role
Say'ri is the sister of Chon'sin's former ruler, Yen'fay. He betrayed Chon'sin to side with Walhart in order to protect her, but he never told her this. Say'ri was eventually hunted down by Walhart's forces, forcing her to flee from Chon'sin, until she was cornered in Valm Harbor. She was eventually rescued by Chrom, leader of the Shepherds. Say'ri brought them to the Mila Tree in order to get Tiki's advice about the Fire Emblem, but they were ambushed by a Valmese army led by Cervantes. After defeating them, Tiki met with the group and tasked them to find the Emblem's missing gemstones.

Say'ri took the Shepherds to the Demon's Ingle, where they battled Yen'fay. If Say'ri battles Yen'fay, she will try to reason with him on why he betrayed Chon'sin, but he refuses to answer. Once he is defeated, Yen'fay will commend Say'ri for growing strong just before dying, much to Say'ri's grief. Excellus later explains to her that he only fought to protect her; having arranged a deal where Excellus would manipulate Walharts forces so Say'ri may yet live.

Say'ri accompanied the Shepherds in the rebellion against Walhart, and the subsequent battles against Grima and the Grimleal.

In Paralogue 21, an alternate version of Say'ri died, leaving that Outrealm's Yen'fay despondent. He traveled to the main Outrealm for unknown reasons. Upon seeing the alternate Yen'fay, Say'ri is overjoyed to see her brother again, but Yen'fay reminds her that while they are not true siblings, they can still be together.

Role
Two versions of Say'ri are present in Heroes. The normal variation of Say'ri is one of the characters added to the game in the Wallowing in Love update, and became available for summoning by players on June 5, 2020. Only one variation of Say'ri is currently available in Heroes, based on her Awakening incarnation. A bridal variation of Say'ri was added in the Bridal Dreams update, and was first available to summon from May 19, 2023.

Say'ri is the first character to initially utilize the same voicework (performed by Seiko Yoshida) in both the Japanese and English versions of the game; she received English voicework in the version 4.8.0 update and became the first character whose initial Japanese and English voicework were not implemented simultaneously.

Personality
Say'ri is a calm, dignified princess of the Chon'sin dynasty, whose old-fashion speech and manners sharply contrast with those of the Ylisseans. She seeks to unite various rebel groups throughout Valm against Walhart.

Say'ri held great contempt for her brother's actions in aligning with Walhart and aiding in his conquest of Valm. When she realized he had only done so after coming to an agreement with Excellus to protect her, her wrath evaporated, leaving only regret.

Endings
Say'ri, Blade Princess (single ending)<br>
After returning to Chon'sin, Say'ri worked tirelessly with the other dynasts to secure a peaceful future for the Valmese continent. She was occasionally seen visiting her brother Yen'fay's grave.

Robin, High Deliver & Say'ri, Blade Princess<br>
Many wrote of Robin's legendary exploits, but accounts of his origins and character varied. Scholars, poets, and bards agreed on one thing alone—he loved his wife, Say'ri, above all else.
