Kate joins as a Lady Knight in the first chapter. Her base stats are decent enough to immediately contribute for the first few chapters, and she has access to both swords and bows, giving her some flexibility, able to use lucrative earlygame weapons such as the Estoc or Bowgun. Unfortunately, her growth rates apart from skill and weapon level are quite mediocre, so her stats likely will not keep up with the rest of your army for long. Her mediocre performance is hindered further by her low [[movement]], which is stuck at 4 until she promotes.
