Support differences based on story progression

I filled Edelgard's Three Hopes supports out using internal scripts, while checking footage to format and edit it properly. There's two lines in her supports I saw that seem to differ based on story progression, but I'm unsure as to what point in the game those changes happen.
The first is in Shez's A support, where Shez adds "Arval tried to convince me I was just picking up on your "rosy qualities," but I knew that was who you really were." after saying "I mean, most nobles don't give us mercs the time of day. You were different."
The second is in Monica's A support, where instead of saying "his is the 208th time you've worried about me, and our 113th time sharing tea." she says "This is the 253rd time you worried about me, and our 139th time sharing tea." DiscGator (talk) 10:16, 9 August 2023 (UTC)
