The Spellbane Yumi (Japanese: 破魔矢 Evil-Destroying Arrow) is a yumi that debuted in Fire Emblem Fates. The Spellbane Yumi in Fates allows its wielder to deal bonus damage to enemies wielding tomes or scrolls.
It later appeared in Warriors as a personal weapon of Sakura's, then in Heroes under its untranslated Japanese name Hama Ya as a weapon skill in the bow category capable of boosting the defensive stats of nearby allies.

They are matched with the hama-yumi, a type of sacred bow.
