Rouse Attack/Speed (Japanese: 攻撃速さの奮起 Attack/Speed Self-Rouse) is a four-tiered passive type C skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are Rouse Atk/Spd 1, Rouse Atk/Spd 2, Rouse Atk/Spd 3, and Rouse Atk/Spd 4 in order from lowest to highest. Rouse Atk/Spd boosts its user's attack and speed if they are not adjacent to any allies; the size of the speed and defense boosts increases with the skill's, with the fourth tier neutralizing effects that turn the user's bonuses into penalties.
