The Starsphere (星のオーブ Star Orb), known as the Star Orb in some earlier translations, is an item that appears in the Fire Emblem series.

Appearing only in games set on Archanea, the Starsphere originally prevented weapons' durability from decreasing. In Mystery of the Emblem, it gained the effect of increasing its holder's growth rates by 30%. This additional effect was removed in Shadow Dragon. Finally, in New Mystery of the Emblem, its effect was changed entirely; it instead adds +2 to its holder's Strength, Magic, Skill, Speed, Luck, Defence, and Resistance. In Ankoku Ryuu and Shadow Dragon, the player must also possess both the Starsphere and the Lightsphere in order to receive the Starlight tome from Gotoh.
