Ruud (Japanese: ルード) is a knight of Bern during the Disturbance of Bern who, blinded by his greed, imprisoned Guinivere when she stopped on the castle he was guarding.

Ruud planned to sell Guinivere to Bern's enemies during the war; however, his plans were foiled when Elen, Guinivere's vassal, escaped and informed about Ruud's schemes to Roy of Pherae, who was traveling in the nearby area. Roy promptly attacked the castle and defeated Ruud, rescuing Guinivere.
