The Lunar Brace is a promotion items exclusive to Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones. Within the plot of the game, the Lunar Brace is one of two keys protecting the Sacred Stone of Renais along with the country's Sacred Twin weapons, the Siegmund and the Sieglinde; the other key is the Lunar Brace's twin, the Solar Brace. The Lunar Brace is worn by Eirika, the princess of Renais, throughout much of the game.

The Lunar Brace takes on its role as a promotion item once the room holding the Sacred Stone and Sacred Twins opens. Once awakened as a promotion item, it can be used to immediately promote Eirika to a Great Lord, or saved for later so the player can promote Eirika at their discretion.

• The Lunar Brace is one of three items in the Fire Emblem series that exist solely to promote a Lord character. The others are its twin, the Solar Brace, as well as the Heaven Seal from Blazing Sword.
