Warriors (ウォーリア, Wooria, or 勇士, Yuushi, meaning "brave warrior") are a class of strong fighters who can use both axes and bows. They usually appear as the promoted form of the Fighter class in most games. They first appeared in Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War, and have appeared in each game since, with little change. In Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, they can only use axes, despite being able to use them in Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance, the direct predecessor of Radiant Dawn.

Warriors are a very strong class with useful abilities in almost all stats. They have high strength, HP, and speed. However, like other physical classes, they have low resistance, which can make them vulnerable to enemy magic users. Still, their resistance is better than other physical weapon-using classes, since they are a promoted class.

In most of the games that they appear in, fighters change class to warriors. In Fire Emblem: Thracia 776, mountain thieves become warriors. In Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones, either fighters or pirates can become warriors. Finally, in Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, fighters still become warriors, but warriors can promote further to the Reaver class.
