Wyverns are then mounts of Wyvern Riders and Wyvern Lords. In Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon & the Blade of Light and Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem they were use by Dracoknights, but in the latter it was also revealed that Wyverns are a tribe of dragons from Dolhr.
Description
Wyverns take after the European descriptions of dragons with characteristics like large wings, a muscular appearance, and a separated body and tail section. Wyvern heads, in the GBA games, are different for each class of rider. [Wyvern Rider|Wyvern rider] and [Wyvern Lord|Wyvern lord] wyverns differ from [Wyvern Kn.|Wyvern kn.] in that the heads of the later appear to have fangs, while the former do not. Wyverns do not have arms, only wings and their back legs, which they land on.
