At the beginning of the chapter, you are given four units. Chrom is the main character. He has above-average growths in most of his stats, so he should be rather reliable. He also possesses useful supports with Vaike, Gaius, and Frederick to patch up any of his stats if they get too low. Your custom Avatar, herein referred to by their default name Robin, is the most versatile character in the game and one of your strongest units. Lissa is a rather basic healer. Frederick is the game's Oifey archetype and is critical to surviving Lunatic and Lunatic+'s early chapters with his powerful Silver Lance.

Before even moving out, it again bears repeating that the extremely random nature of Lunatic+ difficulty makes foolproof strategies difficult to create and forces a good amount of skill at improvising. For example, look at the group of foes to the northeast. If too many of them spawn with Luna+, you're going to need to play more cautiously since they'll be able to kill Frederick if he tries to aggro them all at once. Start by having Frederick move to the nearby Myrmidon's right and defeat him. Have Robin pull out their Bronze Sword and pair up with Chrom. Chrom moves one space left while Lissa moves right below him. On the enemy phase, one Myrmidon should suicide attack Frederick, one Barbarian should attack Frederick (Frederick needs to land his counterattack), one Barbarian should attack Chrom, and a Mage should approach.

On turn 2, send Robin over to Frederick, pass her Bronze Sword over to him, and kill the Barbarian with her Thunder tome. Then have Frederick pull back next to Lissa and kill the Barbarian Chrom wounded. If Robin got a Dual Strike, he can use the Bronze Sword; if not, he needs the Silver Lance. Then have Lissa heal Frederick. On the enemy phase, the Mage will attack Robin.
