Phantom Resistance (Japanese: 魔防の虚勢 Magic defense bluff) is a Sacred Seal skill, which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it exists in three tiers: Phantom Res 1, Phantom Res 2, and Phantom Res 3. When a unit has Phantom Res equipped, their resistance is considered to be higher when it is compared to another unit's for a skill.

To obtain the Phantom Resistance seal, players must have earned a total of 10,000 points in the August 2020 edition of the Tempest Trials+. The seal's upper two tiers may be obtained via forging.
