Pilum

(Japanese: ピラム Pilum) is a ranged spear which debuted in TearRing Saga: Yutona Heroes War Chronicles. It acts as an upgraded version of the Hand Spear being stronger and lighter at the cost of requiring a higher weapon level to use it as well as being more expensive. In TearRing Saga Series: Berwick Saga, it only requires a minimal weapon level to use on top of being cheaper but at the cost of a lower hit rate and severely lowered durability. It returned in Vestaria Saga I: War of the Scions as a throwing spear with stats closer to the Hand Spear in Yutona albeit for its minimal weapon level, and its lower durability. Upgraded versions of the base Pilum also appeared with successively higher might, weight, and worth than the previous one.
