Speed Preempt

Speed Preempt (Japanese: 速さの先制 Speed head start) is a three-tiered passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are known as Spd Preempt 1, Spd Preempt 2, and Spd Preempt 3 in order from lowest to highest. Speed Preempt lowers a foe's speed speed, and it allows its user to counterattack before the foe attacks if the foe initiates combat with a two-range weapon and is slower than the user.
