It's a terrible irony... We finally have the peace we've been praying for, at the cost of all freedom, everywhere.

Silent World (Japanese: 人なき世界 A World Without Man) is the second chapter of part 4 of Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn. In this chapter, Tibarn and his army let loose on the Disciples of Order as they continue to approach the Tower of Guidance.

As Tibarn, Elincia, and their army are traveling to Begnion, Ranulf urges them to slow down so that Almedha and Pelleas (if he was spared) can catch up. As they regroup, Reyson tells them that, ever since the people were turned to stone, he has been feeling physically well, though this disquiets him. Elincia muses how the current peace comes at the cost of everyone's freedom, and they ponder on what kind of world Ashera wants to make. Tibarn begins to worry with how they have yet to see the Disciples of Order, feeling that, if he and his army get accustomed to the newfound tranquility, they will lose their strength and will. He then begins to think the Disciples are avoiding them specifically so they do get complacent.
If Pelleas was spared, Almedha spends time doting on him, though he tries to get her to stop, not wanting to slow down the others any more. When she becomes overbearing, Pelleas runs ahead and away from her, later joining Tibarn's army in their battle.
As the army continues their march, Ranulf scouts ahead, and finds that the Disciples of Order appeared out of thin air. Happy to see some enemies, Tibarn orders everyone to their positions, and they begin their fight against their new enemies. As they fight, Valtome cackles at the thought of being able to get revenge on Elincia. After defeating all their enemies, Tibarn and his army begin marching again.
If Pelleas was sacrificed, Elincia visits Almedha, who is alone in the woods at night, mourning her son. Elincia asks her why Ashnard decided to invade Crimea, but Almedha does not know, as she has been separated Ashnard for more than twenty years after a falling out. Almedha explains that there was no love between their union, with Ashnard only seeing her as a source of power, rejecting her when she had her child, even rejecting the child and simply using him as a trap for Rajaion, Almedha's brother. Elincia apologizes for bringing up such sorrowful memories, and leaves her be.
If Pelleas was spared, Tibarn compliments him on his performance, though Pelleas is still exhausted from the battle, amusing Tibarn. Later that night, Elincia visits Almedha in the woods. Almedha asks Elincia about her mother, and she responds that both of her parents were killed by Ashnard three years ago. Elincia then asks Almedha the questions about Ashnard's invasion. In addition to the other information, Almedha states with confidence that Ashnard had relations with no other woman than herself. She then tells of Ashnard's use of her child as a trap, then asks Elincia to bring Pelleas to her, to which Elincia obliges.
Beginning log
Tibarn's party takes a long, circuitous route leading them east around Lake Semper. The Hawk King's company includes Queen Elincia of Crimea, her trusted aide Lucia, the heron prince Reyson, the laguz warrior Ranulf, Daein's King Pelleas, and the queen mother of Daein, Almedha. While they receive reports from the other two groups about the Disciples of Order, they have encountered no resistance, and have thus far traveled in peace.
