Daggerbreaker (Japanese: 暗器殺し Concealed Weapon Slayer), known as Shurikenbreaker in Fire Emblem Fates and Knifebreaker in Fire Emblem Engage (Japanese: 短剣殺し Knife slayer), is a skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Fates. It gives its user enormous advantages when fighting an enemy who is wielding a dagger or shuriken. In Fates, where it a class skill learned by Bow Knights, it provides boosts to its user's hit rate and avoid when fighting these weapons.

In Heroes, it is a type B passive skill split into three levels, in order from lowest to highest: Daggerbreaker 1, Daggerbreaker 2, and Daggerbreaker 3. Units with a Daggerbreaker skill will, when fighting the user of a dagger skill while this skill's user's own HP is at a certain threshold or higher, automatically make a follow-up attack and prevent the dagger skill's user from doing so themselves. The minimum amount of current HP required to activate the skill decreases with each level. It also has this effect in Engage, but only has one tier, activated by remaining above half health.
