“ | Yar har ho! / Yo ho har! / Scallywags of the sea are we! / We fight like beasts, an’ men do flee! / We earn our gold with axes bold... | ” | — Nedata and one of his crewmates, singing about the pirate life |

Nedata (Japanese: ネダタ Nedata) is a pirate who operates on the coasts of Gallia. He led a pillaging raid in the lands near Fort Tatana while it was occupied by the Daein army, and was confronted by Ike, the Greil Mercenaries, and the Gallian soldiers Lethe and Mordecai while they fought to retake the fort.
Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance
Role
Nedata is one of two bosses in Chapter 9. He first appears on the second turn, on an island on the northern edge of the map. Because the chapter's objective is to seize the fort guarded by Kotaff, in the south-western corner of the map, Nedata does not need to be fought or defeated.

Personality and character
Like his shipmates, Nedata is jolly and upbeat, frequently singing about the joys of the pirate lifestyle, but still at least thought himself to be infamous enough to claim to have have earned a bounty on his head from King Caineghis.[1] He is bold and does not fear the forces of the Gallian government at all, insisting on going ashore to loot despite the presence of Lethe and Mordecai, its soldiers.
