This character analysis section may not be accurate to every player's experience.

Milady recruits herself at the beginning of chapter 13, just after the western isles arc.

She comes in at level 10 with great bases and growths, with one of the best classes of Fe6.

Milady fares well against pretty much everything, unless it is magic or steel bows and above. She does suffer early on if you leave her with the steel Lance she came with : the weapon has bad accuracy and slow her down by 5.

Give her an iron lance instead and she will have no trouble keeping up with the rest of your army. Milady is a good candidate for early promotion, although in normal mode you may want to feed her around 3 to 5 levels before promotion : she is low level and the enemies are high level so she will gain a lot of exp.

Keep in mind Milady is not invincible though, it's pretty easy to get carried away, and the switch to the Sacae/Ilia arc may be really rough, depending on her level ups.

The hard mode bonuses she gets are insanely good, which makes the point above stand "She fares well against pretty much everything". She will be one of the few units that can handle a group of enemy units for a while, even in hard mode.

Milady is a very valuable asset to any team, although her aid is really poor due to female mount system, she makes for a really good combat focused flier.
