Whilst Aimee was traveling with the merchant convoy, she was captured by Begnion forces and thrown into a prison cell along with Ilyana. Micaiah and Laura were captured as well, and Sothe and the rest of the Dawn Brigade came to break them out. Along with a mysterious man named Kurth, she needed to be defended from Begnion soldiers. After this, she traveled with the Dawn Brigade until their victory against Jarod.
