Invoke (Japanese: イリュージョン Illusion) is a white magic spell exclusive to Fire Emblem Gaiden and its remake, Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. Available to the game's three default Clerics/Saints, it summons a random number of generic reinforcement allies called Illusions to assist the caster's allies; these Illusions are not directly controlled by the player and instead are moved by the computer at the beginning of the player phase, and similarly disappear after the battle is over. Each user of the spell summons a different class of Illusion—Silque summons Dread Fighters, Genny summons Soldiers, and Tatiana summons Pegasus Knights.
