Flow Feather (Japanese: 怒涛・天馬行空 Raging waves · pegasus flight) is a three-tiered passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are Flow Feather 1, Flow Feather 2, and Flow Feather 3 in order from lowest to highest. Flow Feather neutralizes effects that prevent its user from making follow-up attacks when initiating combat, and boosts its user's damage and reduces the foe's based on the difference in their resistances if the user is not significantly slower than the foe; higher tiers have lower HP requirements to activate and increase the damage bonus and reduction.
