Fell Flambeau

Fell Flambeau The Fell Flambeau as it appears in Heroes. Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). If unit is not adjacent to an ally, inflicts penalty on foe's Atk/Spd/Def/Res during combat = 5 + any current penalty on each of those stats. (Example: if foe has -7 penalty to Atk, inflicts Atk-12, for a net penalty of Atk-19 during combat.) Calculates each stat penalty independently.

Fell Flambeau (Japanese: 仄暗き邪竜の松明 Gloomy Fell Dragon Torch) is a weapon skill in the blue tome category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. It is a personal weapon of the desert-themed variation of Katarina. Fell Flambeau is a skill that, in addition to accelerating its user's special skill cooldown, when its user is not adjacent to any allies, magnifies any stat penalties already in place on each the target's stats by essentially more than doubling them. Should the target not already be suffering any stat penalties to any of their stats, Fell Flambeau will still apply a five-point penalty to that stat.
