Divine Whimsy

Divine Whimsy (Japanese: 戦神と戯神の気紛れ War god and trickster god's whimsy) is a weapon skill in the blue tome category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the summer variation of Thórr. Divine Whimsy inflicts conditions at the start of its user's phase onto enemies with the lowest speed that boost the damage they take and turns movement bonuses into restrictions, reduces the user's special cooldown if the user is near any allies, and if the user's HP is sufficiently high at the start of combat, boosts its user's attack and reduces the foe's during combat.
