Fire Emblem: Thracia 776
Role
Conomor is a playable character. In Chapter 16A, Conomor, as well as eleven Cavaliers under his authority, appear as enemy units on turn 20. In Chapter 19, if he was not killed in Chapter 16A, Conomor appears as an enemy unit, and as the commander of seven Cavaliers, two Arch Knights, one Bow Knight, and one Mage Knight. He is recruited when talked to by Miranda, turning the enemies under his command into ally units in the process. As Miranda is recruited in Chapter 16B, Conomor can only be recruited if the player went through the B route.

Analysis
This character analysis section may not be accurate to every player's experience. |
Conomor can be summarized as a combat-oriented promoted unit who joins late. His base stats are sufficient to fight enemies from the moment he joins, and he has excellent weapon ranks. While mounted outdoors, Conomor can use A-rank lances, and while mounted or dismounted , he can use A-rank swords. He also has Accost, letting him start an extra round of combat when he fights enemies slower than him and with lower HP. However, Conomor's low magic holds him back. Late game chapters of Thracia 776 feature many enemy magic users, and Conomor fares very poorly against them. Not only does he take considerable amounts of damage from their attacks, but he also easily falls prey to status staves. This compounds with Accost's risks too, as he can get doubled by enemy Dark Mages because of it. This can make him riskier to use than he appears. His speed is also questionable when dismounted.
To Conomor’s credit, while his FCM is only 2, he has an action star and an authority star. The former gives him a 5% chance to move again after he completes a turn. The latter makes Conomor increase all allied units’ hit and avoid by 3% if he is alive and on the map. As such, even when he is not fighting, he is contributing. While he compares poorly to someone like Amalda, who has significant utility outside of combat, he is a decent unit in his own right.
