Chill Defense/Resistance

Chill Defense/Resistance (Japanese: 守備魔防の封印 Defense/Resistance Seal) is a three-tiered passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are Chill Def/Res 1, Chill Def/Res 2, and Chill Def/Res 3 in order from lowest to highest. At the start of its user's phase, Chill Def/Res reduces the defense and resistance of the enemy with the highest combined defense and resistance; the size of the stat drops increases with the skill's tier, with the third tier extending the skill's effects to enemies near the target.
