Charm Seal (Japanese: 盗賊の偶像・落雷 Thief's idol · thunderbolt) is a single-tiered passive seal which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. Charm Seal is used only in the Resonant Battle mode where it is wielded by generic thief units; when its user is defeated, a Lightning Charm is dropped, and the foe has some HP restored but their special cooldown count increased.
